Coverage: All day.
What does all day coverage mean? It means I don't restrict the photography to a set number of hours. Typically, I'll start two to three hours before the bride leaves for the wedding ceremony (if you want all your pre-ceremony moments captured) and finish 30-60 minutes after the first dance. You'll get a definite start time but I won't be watching the clock after the first dance.
Digital images: At least 600.
The best images from the day are hand-picked by me. I will deliver at least 600 (there could be more – there is no cap – my average handover for 2022 was 692 images). The images are delivered in their native high-resolution (5000+px, 300ppi) without any watermarks, and you're automatically granted a royalty free license. Why 600? On average I take 1,500 photographs over a typical 10 hour day. l then aim to deliver at least a third of what I've captured (my actual delivery return is typically greater than 45%). That's a healthy figure! But that’s not what matters to you. What matters is that your story will be told authentically and naturally, with zero filler and no arbitrary limits.
Editing: Colour and black & white.
I keep all the editing in-house. The final product is just as important to me as when I capture the initial moment. For that reason I don't use presets designed by others and stay away from faddish colour trends. As a result your wedding day story will be timeless and authentic. Your final images will be delivered in a combination of colour and B&W.
Travel: 80 miles (included).
I typically work in Hampshire and the surrounding central southern counties. Up to 80 miles (round-trip) of travel by car for the wedding day is included as standard in the package. If your venue is further afield, no worries, we can discuss the options.
Pre-wedding venue visit:
This optional walk-through enables us to talk through your plans and ideas in-person, at your wedding venue, before your big day. It's also a nice ice-breaker. The optional visit often works well about four weeks beforehand.
Booking deposit: £300.
Both a deposit (non-refundable) and signed service agreement are required to confirm a booking. Check today to see if I'm available for your wedding day. A copy of my service agreement will be provided alongside your quote.
Delivery: Private online gallery plus digital transfer.
Two weeks after your wedding day your images will be ready to see for the first time. You will be able to view and share the story of your day in a beautiful online private gallery. The final images will be shared electronically using a file sharing app. You can also share this link with others, meaning free downloads for your family and friends.
Total Price: £2,000.
In short, yes. If you want some that is. There’s no rule to say you have to. From time-to-time I shoot weddings where the bride and groom don't want any. If interested, you can read more about my approach to group photos.
