On Thursday 15 December I posted my end of year round-up and highlights to my Instagram page.

The post on my Instagram feed was an opportunity to say a massive thank you to all the couples who sent emails and cards of kind words and left 5 star reviews this year. I’ve never had so many in one season before – it really means a lot! Thanks to Harriet & Will for their testimonial which, in part, said: “Ben’s record of our wedding is beautiful, fun and utterly authentic.”
This year, thanks to Louise & Andy, I was nominated into the Wedding Industry Awards. I’ve been nominated on three prior occasions, but for the first time ever I pursued the entry. I got through as a 2023 regional finalist – thanks again to all the couples who voted for me. #TWIA23
Even after doing this for more than 14 years, I am humbled by how much I learn every season.
